Sudoku

Tue Oct 17, 2006 3:32 am

I just discovered this a few days ago, now I'm an addict  hypnotized

http://www.dailysudoku.com/sudoku/index.shtml

I also like crosswords (I'd like to meet anyone who can completely solve a NY Times Crossword puzzle) and cryptoquotes

These make good IFE's.  Smile

BTW, I know this has been discussed before but the discussion was archived:

They sure do! One small book of 200 hard puzzles has been keeping me going now for about 6 months!

Definitely. A Sudoku book always goes along on my business trips!
But that was when I ruled the world

Yes, I enjoy doing Suduku every now and then when I have some time.

A new addiction of mine is the computer game version of Settlers of Catan.

Does anyone know where I could get sudoku's for my TI-89 Titanium?
(possible cure for boredom at school- all my other TI-89 games are boring)

Absolutely. I pretty much always do either the crossword, sudoku, or both in the inflight magazine.

You know, I really should start taking those with me, instead of leaving half-done crosswords for the next passenger......although, it's sometimes nice when I find a few clues filled in already.....

Here's my personal favorite sudoku website:

I'm watching Jeopardy. The category is worst Madonna songs. "This one from 1987 is terrible".

Where I work, we were making copies of these puzzles for the Inmate population, to keep them busy. They were very popular. Due to copyright concerns, we stopped though.
I lift things up and put them down.

At first I didn't get the concept at all, but then I got given the NY Post Sudoku book for Christmas, and got hooked ! I'm still doing the medium difficult ones, I generally get them right after a while and some hurty-brain puzzlement moments.

So you're saying you take them to the toilet when you do a number 2.

Hah - this from a spotty Northern scousish oik. Your very oikishness prevents you from recognising your naturally infinite superiors.

Well I recognise you so that means you aren't one of those naturally infinite superiors!

Even I can do Sudoku, even Speedbirdie can. Well sort of.

The ones in the back of TV Week with only 4 numbers missing don't count. Even Banco could do those !
