Yes, if you can promise me that;

a) It won't rain.
b) It won't snow.
c) It won't be cloudy.
d) It won't be cold, and
e) There will be a free supply of Beer all day biggrin

Au contraire - it will ensure that you actually get to drink some of the free beer, instead of watching Kirkie inhaling it all through every orifice in his body (and burping out of all of them afterwards).

Actually if he was simultaneously consuming beer through every orifice it would be a rather amusing sight. I wouldn't go as far as paying to watch this, but it would certainly be a good days entertainment, although I am worried by the latter effects  biggrin

Hell yeh! I'd be up for it.

Lets see;

the major things that can be seen in Scotland at GLA, EDI or PIK.

  • GLA;
  • Emirates B777-300ER
  • MyTravel Boeing 767-300s and A330-200s (only in holiday season)
  • Monarch A330-200 (only in holiday season)
  • US Airways Boeing 757-200 (is this one seasonal too??)
  • Icelandair Boeing 757-200 with winglets

  • EDI;
  • Delta Boeing 767-300
  • Continental Boeing 757-200 (sometimes have winglets)
  • Maersk Boeing 767-200F (sometimes)
  • Air France 747-400 but that is only up at RBS Six Nations rugby time as a charter

  • PIK;
  • Evergreen Cargo B742F
  • Cargolux B744F
  • errm, Ryanair B738s (if that clarifies as the major things at airports)
  • Sometimes get interesting a/c passing thru for crew training or on delivery flights
  • Polar Air Cargo B744F/ B742F
  • And I think that is it

So, who anyone else fancy coming up??

JG

Actually the Scottish members are having a meet in November already and you're welcome. Just one thing, it's not being held in Scotland but in NCL!

Do we know what language is going to be spoken at the NCL meet? I could sell a kidney and fly there on Eastern from BHX.
