You have to upload them to some website or photo storage site.

Try either www.photobucket.com or www.imageshack.us (both sites are for free).

Hi Kesbe, I just saw your post in the the Self Pic thread:

i'll never be able to post a pic
:-(

First of all you must upload your pictures somewhere in the internet where they can be accessed by everybody by providing a link to the desired picture.

You could place them on your a.net profile page but after a short time your profile will look like a waste deposit of strange pictures.

The best way surely is to sign-up for a private archive on a photo storage website like "photobucket" (see reply 3 of Sabena332), which is free of costs and as well free of spam.

Once you are a registered user (on photobucket) you can easily create directories for different purposes and upload pictures onto the site.

Now how place a picture in an a.net thread?

Open your photo storage at photobucket and you'll find prepared "command strings" below each picture. This might look like this one:

Copy the third entry (labelled as Img) and paste it into your post. That's all.

While editing your post you'll see the link to your picture but when you proceed with "Post The Message" you'll get the preview of your post.

Looking forward to seeing you Self Pic soon ...
