Best Bond Girl?

Mon Nov 13, 2006 5:25 am

Even though I haven't seen Casino Royale yet I'm going to say:

Ivana Milicevic

And Eva Green.

Otherwise I would have to say Barbara Bach.

I guess we mean looks here, not acting, as we are talking about a thread started by Mr 9V.

Oh no! The only things I like about her is her name ( ) and that she flys aircraft.

The two lasses in The World's Not Enough are fine though. Actually whoever that girl is in the speedboat on the Thames chase is pretty nice, too.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Halle Berry, Terri Hatcher or Kim Basinger yet.

She may not be the hottest Bond Girl ever, but my favourite is Joanna Lumley,

All the new young women who play contemporary Bond girls are all pretty, but in less than a year, they'll be forgotten. They're all pretty. Pretty bland, that is.

In comparison, Ursulla Andress, the original Bond girl still has the va va voom factor. She and Barbara Bach from the Spy who loved me, still stand out as the ultimate Bond girls. The rest (with due apologies to you, Ms. Berry, are rungs below the top echelon of Bond babes).

Eva Green is pretty, but nothing about her stands out. She looks like any one of 100 pretty women you'd see in a bar at any city, USA.

And Sean Connery is still the best Bond. Although having seen the trailer of new Bond flick, I'm a convert to Daniel Craig and his smoking hotness

I completely agree with you! I think Daniel Craig is really promising as the new Bond, and (though I'm completely straight) he does have that factor of mystery and sex appeal about him, something that I think was lacking from Brosnan.

Also, Eva Green looks good from the trailers, and from the shot at the beginning of the thread... I admit, when I first heard she was going to be a Bond girl, I was surprised, but now that I actually can see what she'll be like in the role, I think she'll actually make a good one.

I know most guys will go with a respectable I bond, but I will always prefer the more compact and easier to pack great quantities in a small space of the F bond.

Besides, the smaller they are...the bigger I am. So to speak.

Barbara Bach's at the top of the list. Smokin'. Big grin Next comes Sophie Marceau. Diana Rigg, Famke Janssen & it looks like Ivana Milicevic round out the top 5. Eva Green looks pretty good, too.

The Bond women...many a sex dream of teen males around the world.
My faves would be the ones from the 60's and 70's, before the age of AIDS... I also lusted for Diana Rigg back when she appeared in the original Avengers show of the 1960's.

This one was not bad, either... the only "monogamous" Bond film actually. I loved the soundtrack (80's all the way).

but then again, it was the first film after the AIDS outbreak. 007 had to show the good example.

Otherwise, she makes my top 5 too...
