Somebody Help Verizon!

Sun Dec 10, 2006 5:02 pm

Listen to this call to Verizon. They cannot understand the difference between $.002 and .002 cents.

$.002/kb x 35983 kilobytes = $71.97

According to Verizon:

.002¢/kb x 35983 kilobytes = $71.97

In actuality it should be 71.97¢

Their computer probably says "$0.002", but they cannot read it. The fact that none of the Verizon people understand is quite sad actually. This is simple math that any 7th grader could understand. The video is a bit long, but if you watch the first 5 min or so, the rest of the video is a repeat.

I love ASO!
