I don't know about the other items, but I think most laptops are designed to run on 110 or 220 volts. I know when I took my laptop to the Netherlands (it's a Toshiba Satellite), I was just able to borrow an adapter from the hotel, and plug the laptop right in.
You can check the transformer on the power cord for the laptop - it should say what input voltages are acceptable. In fact, it may say the power limits too (how many Watts...).
EDIT: Yes, if the input voltage range is 90-264 V, then you should be able to plug the AC adapter into the 220 volts from the wall.
