So My Wife Is Interveiwing With The Enemy

Sun Apr 15, 2007 12:32 am

Many of you know about my troubles with UA, and that has been resolved to my satisfaction. I've moved on quite literally, and have started a new job at West Point.

My wife has been looking for a marketing job up here in NY.

So who gives her her first interview? None other than AA!

What an irony. I've been helping her, she'll go in pretty well prepared between what she learned from me and what she learned from A.net, ATW and a host of aviation sources I knew about.

How fun is that though, all these years we've looked at AA as our "enemy." Now we get to stick it back at UA. I hope she gets the job, I'd relish the poetic justice.

If she gets the job, then she needs to get them to do an OCC AA bike. OCC is just down the street from you and I'd love to see them do a polished aluminum bike with red, white, & blue accents. It would probably be one of the best looking ones they ever did.

Of course, if they do buy the 787 it would have to be carbon fiber and they could experiment with how to get the proper look for an AA machine on plastic.
Where are all of my respected members going?

The house we just bought is 2 miles from OCC. I think I might be able to hear Senior yelling at Junior. LOL
