I think all the new medical terminology is now required by the FDA for Celebrex after the Vioxx debacle
Quoting AsstChiefMark (Reply 3):
I would think the Celebrex ad would scare people from trying the medication. So many warnings. So many side effects. So many contraindications. They'd be better off NOT trying to promote it. Just let the doctors prescribe it like they did before they started pushing prescription drugs on the common consumer (who doesn't know shit about meds).

At present I have matters well in hand by taking two buffered aspirins every morning with breakfast, and I do not think I will use any NSAIDs ever again.
Quoting Mdodd (Reply 12):
Where do you see this?
Quoting J_Hallgren (Reply 11):
unny thing about those side-effect warnings: I think it's the Lunesta (sp?) ad that says one side effect is 'drowsiness'...well, duh! I would hope so! Given that the med is for those who can't SLEEP!

Gawd dammit Ethel! That radioactive butterfly came in the winder of mah trailer agin and I shot the sumbitch with my 12 gauge!
