What's Your Favorite Country & City To Be In?

Tue Aug 07, 2007 6:30 pm

Just like it says, what is your favorite Country and City to be in? They can be two seperate places as in the city does not have to be in your favorite country.

Favorite Country: Brasil
Favorite City: Puerto Vallarta

I go to Brasil very often and just love the people there and love the country in general. Great food, great scenery, and great cities.

Puerto Vallarta is where my parents have our time share and I just love to be there and be amoungst the people there and eating at the various resturants. Very nice place for sure!

Hard to name only one. Depends on my mood and the season. But I'd nominate:

Countries: Finland, Denmark, Sweden
Cities: Hamburg, Copenhagen, Stockholm

Of course, none of them would be overly attractive in November...  Wink

City: London [fun much?], New York and Edinburgh [Christmas is fun]

I love traveling to Norway, Flekkefjord in particular.

Living in Rochester, NY USA is nice also. There are no serious weather related worries of any kind here and the city is somewhat quiet.

I do enjoy some spots I've been to, but I always enjoy it even more about finding new places/things that I enjoy. If that's not a good definition of travel, then I don't know what is!

Favorite Countries: Germany and the Netherlands

Favorite Cities: Munich, Amsterdam, Chicago, Seattle, Portland, Berlin

Yet I really want to see Stockholm, London, and Tokyo one of these days.

That must be a first... Is that because of Legoland by any chance?

My favourite countries as it's impossible to pick just one: Australia, Canada, USA, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, England, Germany, Denmark, France (in no particular order)

Same goes for the cities: Sydney, New York, Shanghai, Auckland, Vancouver, Toronto, London, Paris, Lahaina (Maui), Copenhagen, Oslo, Amsterdam, Tokyo

But at the moment I am really happy about just being here in Copenhagen... hot girls everywhere due to the season!! at the beach all the time as soon as the weather permits
