Hey guys, I recently bough some car parts for a friend in Venezuela and the shipper used TNT (I normally use DHL but that is another topic of conversation). The shipper mistakenly wrote out the waybill and the package is now stuck in portuguese customs at Porto.
Does anyone on here work for TNT or have experience with TNT on how I can get them to reroute the package and minimize the cost to the shipper (hence to me). Can anyone help me with getting the package out of customs and rerouted as quickly as possible? I would really appreciate the help.
