Problem With Pics On My Laptop

Sun Dec 16, 2007 11:27 am

I have saved some pictures on my laptop under documents, gawd knows why, but I think my laptop did it automatically when I used it for the first time, thank you Windows Vista (ggrrr) and I want to move them into an album, but as they are not jpeg etc, I cannot do anything with them. I have tried to open in paint etc but nothing will work. Im just wondering if anyone has any ideas. Thanks in advance.

What are you trying to do?

I want to move them into an album,

If you saved them in my documents (you mean my pictures?), why can't you just move them?

The file format shouldn't make any difference to moving them around.

You said they weren't .jpg, so maybe paint doesn't support the format you are trying to use? What type of files are they? Paint will only open .png, .jpg and .bmp.

The location of the files shouldn't make any difference to opening them .

Ignore this thread, I've sorted out the problem, no thanks to Window help. Sv008, thanks your help anyway.
