Travel Help Please...

Hi ,

what's the best way to get from LHR to Port Ellen, Islay in Scotland?
2 things are endless: ignorance and space

BA fly there via GLA altho depends when you are going, as flybe will assume the Loganair Franchise later in the year it was announced today

You're welcome... It'll still be BA at that time so you should be able to book a connecting flight. Looking at the schedules there are 2 flights a day from GLA-ILY

BA8921 08:30 GLA - 09:15 ILY
BA8927 17:00 GLA - 17L40 ILY

The return flights are

BA8922 09:40 ILY - 10:25 GLA
BA8928 18:10 ILY - 18:50 GLA

From what I've looked up it seems that the average temperature is around 5-6 celsius. Is that correct?
