the catholic Church doesn't like Zapatero and his policy, so it's a good chance to "show the muscles".

mal787 - You are an ill informed idiot, i am not on terms with the Catholic Church as i am a homosexual but many of the rights and freedoms that we both take for granted stem from the Catholic Church. BTW If this was a sporting event you would not say anything

absolute disgrace the catholic church and it's hand-picking of victims that he'd meet with this morning, get out & stay out of Australia, disgraceful the way he dismissed the Foster family who travelled thousands of miles to meet him, yet he meets with Sophie De'Lezio & Lauren Huxley.
Foster lost a daughter to suicide because of the sexual abuse...pfft, no respect for that church at all.

I believe the Pope was not aware of situation.

Dont know where the WYD will be but with regards your comments on the Catholic church not liking Zapatero I dont think he is that bad. Church needs to be seperated from state forever!! Too many people including here in Ireland have suffered abuse under Catholic church control....
