Looks like a five-door Hyundai Accent hatch.

I'm assuming you mean the green car, it's a 2001 or 2002 Hyundai Accent

Try '03 or later, NO Accents were more than 3 doors til '03. It looks like a '90's styled Honda Accord to me.... but with the black accents, it looks weird.

You got me there, I should have said second generation, '00-'05, but it has to be '03-'05 since it's a 5-door.

Here's the 02 Sedan:
http://www.edmunds.com/used/2002/hyundai/accent/100003084/prices.html

This design ran from 2000 to 2005 and was launched with both sedan and hatchback models.

The car in question is from this design. A few trim pieces may be different as it is a Euro-spec model, but it is essentially the same car.

I think the sedan was offered in the US, but only the three door was offered in Europe until 2003, I may be wrong again though.

It appears that the pre-03 Accent Sedan was sold in the uk in 2000:

This must be a Euro-spec model, because the grill is completely different than the American version on edmunds.com. Also, the original picture has the quarter-panel blinkers with the black accent trim.
