Unlikely.

The Sylphy is reserved to the Japanese domestic market, and is exported under a slightly different name in some other countries, mainly in the asian/pacific region. American cars from japanese manufacturers, especially high volume sellers like the Sentra, are usually designed specifically for the North American market, for which the specifications are very different.
I'll do my own airline. With Blackjack. And hookers. In fact, forget the airline.

The U.S. market Sentra has historically been derived from the JDM Nissan Sunny.

Currently there is no Nissan Sunny in Japan. The only compact sedan offered by Nissan in its home market is the Bluebird Sylphy.
