I saw her aircraft at DEL on Monday parked in holding area (IAF?) as we were taxiing (S2) to the domestic T1. I left later on CO83 to EWR and that plane was no longer there. However the gracious gentleman sitting next to me on the flight was was the US Ambassador to India. Super nice person with no airs.

No, it was a late night flight and went to sleep after a quick dinner! I also didn't want to bother him. The FA told me he was a frequent commuter on that flight.

I´ve heard this as well, that Obama made foreign politics a matter he is directly involved in, with the appointed diplomats reporting directly to him instead of going through Hillary.
