Chavez: China An Inspiration To World Revolutions

Thu Oct 01, 2009 7:53 pm

Hugo Chavez has decided to make his true political agenda crystal clear. The citizens of Venezuela must have felt like a tub of ice water was just dumped on them. Hopefully they can toss this SOB out before things get worse.

While he ignores the many market reforms China has taken. . .

Note that in several Chinese parks I visited when in Beijing last year, you actually had to pay an entrance fee. Park maintenance stuff, you know.

Imagine the outrage if someone tried to put a entrance fee for Central Park, in the city that is home to Wall Street, considered the heart of capitalism? Not that I necessarily think this would be the best idea, just not evil as some people would say.

Oh come on now its all in the spirit of ...apology and the effort to seem more cooperative with communists ... It looks like some kind of signal to me .

Oh I am pretty sure the people know exactly what this guy is up too. He is not trying to hide anything , he has spoke openly of socialism ( Bolivar's) ... and has praised our president as a brother.

Chavez: "Comrade, this glorious date, which has inspired world revolutions, gives rise in me to a limitless admiration,"

I bet you get a rise out of that you sick little fuck. I bet the 40-70 million dead under Mao’s great revolution just send a tingle up your leg, huh? I really wish someone would just shoot this little jagoff.

For me, his agenda has been clear since the 2002 riots. It's to supress any and all dissent, even with deadly force, and establish a dictatorship. So it doesn't surprise me that he's now hailing communist China's system as an "inspiration", although he does forget that while the political system is communist, the economy is super-capitalistic.

I guess the next thing he'll do is demand an apology from the German government for "forcing" the DDR to become part of the capitalistic and democratic West Germany (and from the Western allies for allowing it), along with a hail for people such as Honecker and Ulbricht. After all, October 3rd is this Saturday, unless he wants to wait until 6 days from now, when it's October 7th, what would have been the 60th anniversary of the day the DDR was created.

When I saw this thread, my first thought was the human cost of Mao's revolution and disastrous policies. Limitless admiration is not words even the Chinese use.

China's revolution hardly inspires me.  Sad I'm inspired by the ability to dump under performing leaders at each state or federal election. I'm not inspired by corruption in that country.

We know what the Chavez agenda is, it's pretty clear to see, and hopefully the country will be able to rid itself of him without pain or loss of life.
