Awesome ad. The girl who sells the mobile homes is quite cute, too. Now where do I need to go to buy myself a mobile home from her?
Read this very carefully, I shall write this only once!

My guess would be somewhere in Alabama.

Yup, it is a clear, effective ad.

Um... she's a saleswoman. That is her job!

And the moving guy in that foursome portrait, top left? I'd hit that.  Smile

I know you're lumping together all southerners as rednecks, because I know your posting history. Just know that there's a difference between "southern" and "redneck." That definitely applies to accent as well. I know, telling you that is an exercise in futility, but I'm saying it just the same.

And frankly you probably don't want that. Alabama girls are ridden hard and put away wet, so to speak...and they almost all come with baggage of all kinds that you neither want nor need. Finding a good Alabama girl is like finding a diamond in the rough...the really, really rough.

What do a tornado in Kansas and a divorce in Alabama have in common?
Someone's fixin' to lose them a trailer.

Why do birds fly upside down in Alabama?
There's nothing worth crapping on.

What do you call 32 Alabamans on a roof?
A full set of teeth.

You know how I know the tootbrush was invented in Alabama?
Anywhere else, it would have been called a "teethbrush".

More like an exercise in redundancy. I'm well aware of that. 1/3 my family is from the "south". Definitely not redneck type though.
