MCO Automated People Mover Vehicle Replacement?

Wed Jan 06, 2010 11:22 pm

Somebody correct me if I am wrong, but from what I know, MCO still uses Adtranz C-100 vehicles on their APM from the 1980s. I was wondering, are there any replacements planned for them?

ATL once operated the Adtranz C-100 until 2002 when they were replaced by Bombardier CX-100 vehicles. MCO's vehicles will soon likely need replacement, and the CX-100 is a fairly easy upgrade as it requires little, if any, change in existing infrastructure.
Yes, I wear Fairy Tale Pink IZOD shirts. I am a real man.
