Woman Wins PBA Event Makes History!

Sun Jan 24, 2010 7:29 pm

Kelly Kulick jus defeated Chris Barnes 265-195 to win the PBA tournament of champions to make history as the first woman to win a PBA event. Great match to watch. She was in the pocket just about the whole time under the most intense pressure. Good stuff. Congrats!

I wonder how many times Chris lost to his wife. I'm not a huge PBA fan, but I guess WPBA bowlers are getting better then the men's PBA bowlers.

They shoot pool  biggrin

The PWBA went under few years back because nobody watched them. The crop of female pros are pretty damn good. I think Liz Johnson made it to the finals but lost of a PBA event 3 or 4 years ago. Kulick kicked some major butt. It was something to watch.

Yeah I saw that, she was unstoppable against Barnes. Good for her!

I wish my job would let me be able to play on a league, I miss bowling on a regular basis.
