Another Musical Instruments Thread

Tue Jan 26, 2010 6:31 am

Haven't seen one of these threads in awhile, so thought I'd start a new one.

Just purchased an Epiphone Prophecy SG off of Craigslist. Although I've never been a big SG fan, this one sounds and plays great. It has an EMG-81 on the bridge, and an EMG-85 on the neck.

Sounds great distorted, but I was very surprised by the clean sound as well - very nice!

And to top it off, it looks pretty cool too (photos below).

This one is added to my current collection of stringed instruments:

Ibanez RG220 (3-way pickup selector) - I'm planning on selling this one
Ibanez RG220 (5-way pickup selector)
Ibanez Artcore AS73 Semi-hollowbody
Yamaha APX7C Acoustic/Electric
Ibanez SR405 Bass

Peavey Valveking 112 Guitar Amp
SWR Workingman 15 Bass Amp

And non-stringed instrumetns:

Martin Trumpet
Premier XPK Drum Kit

Anyone else have any new musical purchases? Or just old ones you'd like to share...again....
