Tue Feb 16, 2010 4:23 pm

Has anybody been to McFarlandland in McFarland, Wisconsin and experienced the new carousel-roller coaster hybrid ride? It sounds like an interesting concept....

I can't even picture what this would be like. I can't find any images on google either. Got a good link that can give us a better idea of this?

I'm sure somone familiar with McFarland or McFarlandland can shed some light on this. With McFarlandland being the largest theme park in Wisconsin, I figured it would be a popular attraction for people in that region. Since this particular ride is found on wikipedia, I think it would have some form of legitimacy. The carousel-roller coaster concept sounds like an interesting one, as I'm trying to envision how something like that would operate.

A quick Google/Facebooking reveals that Kipp Stoneman attended McFarland High School 1996-2000, graduated Wisconsin in 2005, and works for US Airways. Definitely more "carousel" than "roller-coaster"
