Go ahead and ditch your stock in Roadrunner Express. I've achieved a large enough airline, and I want to start over and dominate again.

Anyone else having trouble scrolling through their fleet? I can only see the first few A/C of each type, which makes it a pita to sell A/C

It's a problem with browsers other than Internet Explorer. The AM developers have been aware of the scrolling problem for more than a week and have stated that if players want to scroll through certain screens, then they should use IE. So much for customer service from the developers, eh???

Actually I think you can simply use the down arrow on your keyboard. At least it works for me on both Safari and Firefox.

That's not really a good attitude. Especially towards a Mac user who doesn't have the option of using IE.

I have this problem as well, unable to see all my aircrafts, hence unable to sell the aircraft, have to keep it until AM fixed the problem.

My new airline is Mideast Express Airlines. I don't think I'm searchable yet, which is unfortunate because my stock rate is 0.00. In other words, it's free.

Yes, with two DC-3's and 2,915 dollars in the bank account, I will make an empire. Right now I'm flying from Dubai to two places I can't pronounce.

For the second time in the past couple of weeks I have had my staff go from happy to striking within a few hours. I decided enough was enough and taught my virtual minions a lesson. How did I do this you ask??, well I blew 1500 points and reset their salary ! This has greatly reduced my salary expenses and I am tempted to cut a few routes that are under-performing. The staff salary has been reduced from 5,900,000/day to 890,000/day

In other news WhineAir is earning rather nifty daily profits the resulting growth in the amount of petty cash has required us to send out a tender for a larger petty cash drawer. Petty cash is now at $ 6.81 Billion this will take a bit of a hit as Zippy is in a panic due to the fuel reserves dipping down to 959 million pounds and he (I) need to top off the tank when fuel drops to $400/1000 lbs.

Your new firm has yet to show up via search, I will check back to see when it shows up. I made a way cool profit from the sale of the 200 thousand shares of roadrunner and will gladly reinvest another sizable sum in your new firm.

Anyone who invested in my airline, EHAM Airlines, just when I started should be pretty happy = rich by now.
And I'm far from done yet.

Fly Smarter Airlines is getting bigger - 90 routes across the globe with a rationalized fleet based in our JFK hub and DEN focus city with plans for non-US focus cities in the future. Your invited to invest, partner, or just learn more about what it means to Fly Smarter!

Guys,

Would someone invest in my airline??? I have been playing continuously for the past months... I am now at 101 747ERs. My stock has never gone down (aside from those moments when I've sold airplanes or bought fuel). Hub is Caracas.

The name is:

Well I restarted my airline a couple days ago. Now I have Mezquite Airlines, hubbed in Guadalajara currently with 5 A321 and 4 B717.

Stocks currently at 0.84.

My other airlines was getting too big, and boring. So I decided to begin again..

Invested. Sure would be nice if there was something similar to a code-sharing option on this damn game. I have 84 routes from Denver, but only 6 domestic routes.

Oh yeah, Aspen Mountain Air now has 88 planes including 39 A380s, 6 747-400s of various models, and then various other planes. Stock price is $156.82.

Los Real airlines has been quiet on the media releasing front but has been very busy working away.

Current status

Fleet Size: 53
Hubs: Dublin & Hong Kong
Stock Value: $13.88 (and climbing)
Recent Developments: We now have 15 B787-8 17 A321's and a 747 and 777-200LR to name a few. We now fly 3 routes to Oz from Dub and are looking at expanding Hong Kong rapidly.

Not sure if this is any stock left but I recommend a buy on this one

Can anyone tell me what's the new advertising schedule? When is it usually lowest? The fuel schedule would be nice also, but it seems to be low quite often and I stock up then, so really hasn't been a problem. But the ads, I am just having a problem with.

Could somebody tell when the ads are cheap? Because I always see them above $4,000 - $40,000 and that's really annoying...

Just started with EuroLane Airlines (every other airline name is taken!)

When you start can you only create one route with your aircraft? I don't understand this at the moment.

DRH Airlines Update
------------------------------

DRH airlines has started upgrading its fleet, increasing capacity on routes that need it by adding either the 321 on route between 80 and 89% load factor, and introducing the short range 787 on routes between 90 and 100%.

747s are being introduced on flights with a 90% load factor, and DRH airlines has decided to introduce the 777 as well as keeping the 787 for its main international fleet.

DRH went thru a change in aircraft in the US and changed to all Boeing aircraft on its short and medium haul aircraft.

First of all my sincere apologies for missing my usual Friday evening (Irish time) slot for updating A.NET on progress at Aer Eireann.

The week began for us by replacing our last 2 B737-700s with A321s scrapping the idea of replacing them with B757-200s. At the same time we introduced 4 new flights to LCY from DUB/LDY/ORK and GWY.

Apart from that our A321 fleet and B767-200ER fleet have both been extensively added to.

New routes added this week on A321s:
LXR – B737-700 replacement
TLV
FUE
RHO

New routes added this week on B762ERs:
NAS
CUN
IAH
MBJ
HAV
BGI

We have also added one new route to our Euro city break portfolio BCN.

Next week we will be adding a new A/C type to our fleet which will eventually replace our B767-200ERs
All the best
CEO of Aer Eireann

You again!? Taking up webspace with your posts that no one even cares to read. What to do, WHAT TO DO!?

EHAM Airlines is growing and we now own 2 A380's as well. Both based at our main HUB at AMS and flying to New Zealand as well as Japan. Future plans are to extend the fleet of A380's to also fly out of our sub HUB at LAX.
We are currently operating 82 routes/flights.

Haven't updated in a while. Eurowind fleet currently consists of 297x A388, 102x 788 and 4x 748 with some $18+ billion in cash. Other than dispatching the fleet on a daily basis I haven't had much time lately to purchase and route new aircraft. This will follow on Sunday with the purchase of an additional 104x A388. With stock already climbing some $20 per day due to the flown routes, investors can expect a considerable jump following the purchase.

Currently 450,000 shares still available at the bargain price of $1,263.

I did that a few times before giving up.... Is there anything new or interesting in this app or is it the same old same old.

Same old crap but with few more choices. There is no realism what so ever. Get the big jets an game over. The fun part is building up to some long haul planes and then the 380's roll in.

just blah

I sold my 737-800.

I'm poor. Once I ran out of my inital gas boost, I could barely afford to put gas in my planes. My fleet:

8 DC-3's
2 CV-240's
2 DC-4's

Cause I'm way more real than you.

Aer Eireann Update

Current situation as of 00:30 GMT 24/04/2010

Base: DUB and secondary hub at Belfast and focus city LCY
Company Value: $174,421,721
Stock Rate: $17.44
Fleet size: 123

Current fleet:

2x Airbus A318

30x Airbus A321

6x Airbus A330-300

2x ATR 42-600

6x ATR 72-600

18x Boeing 757-200

18x Boeing 767-200ER

15x Embraer E195

26x Embraer E195LR

I realised that putting my entire fleet list now that I am well over 100 A/C was getting a bit long so from now on I will just update with numbers of A/C and details of new A/C and routes added since last update.

Since last update on Sunday we have added 8 new A/C 2 A321s and 6 A330-300s

A321

EI-AIC - DUB-ACE
EI-AID - BFS-ACE

A333

EI-IHA - DUB-MBA
EI-IHB - BFS-MBA
EI-IHC - DUB-SXM
EI-IHD - BFS-SXM
EI-IHE - DUB-LAS
EI-IHF - BFS-LAS

Plans for the next week are to slowly retire our B762ER fleets and replace them all with brand new A330-300s starting with our DUB based B762s. After that has been completed we will add new long haul destinations like DXB, LAX, SFO etc...etc...

This is getting so boring I might start again.

I did that a few times before giving up.... Is there anything new or interesting in this app or is it the same old same old.

This is the 3rd time I am starting up. The app is the same basically with a few changes to ease gameplay. I think the change is in the user, as I am deciding to do things differently this time around. HAHA Different Fleet etc..

Lots of growth with FirstWorld Airlines - especially in SE Asia.

Not sure where you got the idea from that there is a schedule, cause there isn't.

It seems to me that, the add schedule is around 5 or 6 days... SO yes there is a schedule. I put my ads for 5 days, and they usually expire just around the time they are cheapest again..
