Before anyone says anything, yes I was the guy that started the anti-self gloss thread earlier this year. That was in reference to the self gloss "I have a finger box," or "I finished my freshmen year of hgh school" threads. With that being said we found out today that my wife and I are pregnant. We started trying just over a month ago, and didn't expect the wife to be miss fertile mertile, never the less we are very happy and excited. We are telling our friends, but waiting to tell our families until xmas. It will be a nice surprise in my opinion. We are going to three Christmas on that day. I plan on getting the family together for a family picture, and saying, everyone on 3 say Brittany's pregnant, and taking the picture to get everyones reaction. My wife has been ready since we got married but I wasn't. Over the summer though everytime I saw a little kid, or baby I always smiled, and started getting used to the idea. It wasn't until during the MLB playoffs that I realized that I really was ready. Until then I had kept making excuses to wait. I'm a lifelong die hard Rangers fan, I saw on facebook one night during the World Series a picture of one of my friends new born baby, and husband watching the game. The husband was all decked out in Cardinals gear, and the newborn in a Cardinals onesie intently watching the game. That night I realized that I am ready, I am ready to teach, and learn. I'm ready to love someone more than myself. I'm ready to sit at the observation area at my airport and teach him, or her everything I know about aviation. I'm ready to teach them all about baseball, stats, rules, players, and how to be a good passionate fan for the Texas Rangers. I'm ready to teach him, or her how to snowboard. This has been an ongoing arguement between my wife and I, as I will have them on a snowboard at 2 years old. I will walk behind them on the bunny slopes. They need to learn balance at an early age. I'm ready to teach a boy to be a respectful, and honest man. I'm ready to teach a girl how to not date guys like me, and that I will be wrapped around her finger from day one. Well she'll just know that naturally. God if I have a girl I'm screwed. My wife is gorgeous, she's half Pakistani, gorgeous skin tone, and full, thick dark hair, and gorgeous brown eyes. We already have names picked out. If it's a boy his name will be William Ryan and he'll go by Ryan. Named after my best friend that died in my arms when I was 13. If it's a girl her name will be Reagan Marie. Marie is my wife's middle name, and we always thought Reagan is a nice name for a girl. Just thought I would share. Thanks for reading.
