Kelsey Grammar's Boss On Starz Anyone Seen It?

Sun Dec 11, 2011 8:44 pm

Some say the best tv writing since the West Wing (I can't argue that) but I say the best production since the HBO's Rome series.

The West Wing showcased the daily grind behind the walls of the Oval Office, Boss hits closer to home, the Mayor's office .. in this case, Chicago.

Everyone loves to talk about how filthy and furtive Chicago politics are, well this has to come close -clearly the best episodes are 7 & 8 (just aired). And the 'getting caught screwing around' segment - hands down the best portrayed ever seen on tv or film - ever!

Good stuff!!
Kelsey Grammer's tirades alone make it worth watching.
The nitty gritty make it more like The Wire.. another outstanding series.

I like Kelsey's role on the Simpsons as Sideshow Bob...

Sideshow Bob: "We sail the ocean blue, and our saucy ship's a beauty. We are sober men and true, and attentive to our duty..."
First, I said 'hey' and then I said 'now'. "Hey Now!" - Hank K.
