RIP Jim Marshall

Thu Apr 05, 2012 11:26 pm

The "Father of Loud" dies at 88...

Can you imagine rock music without those stacks of Marshall amps?

I never knew the man himself until this morning, but he made names out of many guitarists with those amps.

Thanks for the stacks.

I heard someone quip (on TV or radio), "Jim is in a much better place, and that place just got a whole lot louder..." (paraphrasing)

RIP...
