How Hostess Brands Was Divided Up

Sat Dec 22, 2012 10:22 pm

You may be wondering how Hostess Brands was divided up..........

The State Department Hired All Of The Twinkies

The Secret Service Hired All Of The Ho Hos

The Generals Are Sleeping With All Of The Cup Cakes

And We Sent All Of The Ding Dons To Congress...........

Clever, Charley. I get the reference to Ding Dongs, Ho Hos and Cupcakes, but what do Twinkies refer to? Please, enlighten me!
Yes, I'd like to see airbus go under so Boeing can have their customers!

I'm not sure, but I was thinking maybe it had something to do with the head "twit", H.C. ( but then again, referring to her as a "twinkie" would be a compliment ! ) ( more like the old, worn out "bag" the twinkie came in....? )

And, of course:

As for the Twinkies reference, I don't get it either.

The only possible link I'd see would be something to do with the 'Twinkie Defense', but that wouldn't make that much sense.

Probably about as much sense as her "sudden & VERY convenient "concussion" ?

Or possibly almost as much as "it all depends on what the definition of "is" is ?

Come on, some one on here must be over 30.

Twinkies was once used in the 50s and 60s as a derogatory term for men who were not 'masculine' enough. The same as the word Fairies was used, but comics on TV could get away with saying Twinkies where saying Fairies was banned by network censors.

Going back to the McCarthy hearings in 1950 and the Lavendar Scare where the State Department was supposedly the government department with many gay employees.
