A true airline guy with 18+ years at DL and 18+ at WN.

I enjoyed every one of his posts.

Such a knowledgeable guy, I had the pleasure of meeting him in person, every time I came over to TX he took time out to show me historic aviation sites... He will be sorely missed.

So sad to read about the loss of another A.net member. He was very knowledgeable and I learned a lot reading his post.
All the best wishes to his family & friends.

R.I.P. Brian. So sad to hear. I believe he worked at PDX for DL when they opened that station in 1980. Unfortunately, my recollections as to my connection with him are fading, but I think it was a connection with someone I worked with at ORD.

Very very sorry to learn of Brian's passing. The "Nuts about Southwest" blog was fantastic. He left us much too soon. My sincere condolences to Brian's family, friends, and colleagues.
