Sports Bars Suggestions In SFO

Mon May 13, 2013 9:26 pm

Hey guys,

I wonder if any of you could suggest a cool sportsbar in SFO, who are showing the Champions League final next weekend.
I tried google, but it came up with alot of sports bars. But some of them didn't look like sports bars at all.

Thanks for your help and I look forward to your replies.

I've never been there but I've heard they're pretty famous for showing lots of soccer/football games.
Even opens early to accommodate time zone differences.

My first suggestion would be the Brickyard. Its in the Marina district. Right off Van Ness. Good area to walk around but the sportsbar itself is quite nice. Good crowd and drinks. Eyecandy and what not

Second choice would be soccer cafe. Soccer all year round. But in a so so area of the city. Mission/Potrero Hill

I've been there many times! That area was one of my hang out stops when I lived in San Francisco. Although I'm not much of a sports fan, it's on Lower Haight which has a lot of cool bars. My favorite is the Toronado just across the street. The have 100+ beers on tap.

Marina district? That is a good reason to avoid the place!

Much better option! Can't go wrong there.
