Man Killed By F.B.I. In Fla. Linked To Tsarnaev

Thu May 23, 2013 2:42 am

Not too sure what to make of this story; it seems that a Ibragim Todashev, who is a Chechen, who knew Tamerlan Tsarnaev in Boston, and who Police and F.B.I. had interviewed in Boston, had moved to Florida; The F.B.I. then wanted to ask Todashev more questions; The F.B.I. went to see him, and while special agents were interviewing Todashev, he initiated a violent confrontation with the special agents, and one special agent met this violent confrontation with deadly force.

Like the F.B.I., I also have a few questions; the first of which is.......why are all of these Chechens coming to the U.S. ?
They obviously don't seem to like it very much here; Second is.......WHY is the U.S. government LETTING them come here ? And third is.......WHO in the U.S. government is allowing them to come here, ( and apparently, allowing them to "roam free" when ever, and where ever that please ? )

Also, News Flash to all who decide to become violent with special agents of the F.B.I. ........better be ready to die; they may look "mild", but they're VERY well trained !

He was apparently being questioned as to the murder of 3 people who the dead Boston bomber was connected with in an apparent drug deal that went bad. Allegedly this jerk admitted to being involved in the killing of those 3 people, had a knife and may have gone after or got a hold on an agent's gun. The attack is being investigated by the FBI as to the agent's actions.
Of course, the conspiracy nuts will go into overdrive, saying the FBI had to kill him to prevent the disclosure of some 'false flag' attack in Boston. As they say, dead men tell no tales.

there is more to this story, but after seeing what I did today in London, I have to give the FBI agent full kudo's. If someone linked tp the Tsarnaev brothers is less than willing deal in common logic with the authorities, then they should understand that no on is going to give them a inch of sting to run with.
I think the FBI agent may have ruined a chance to learn more about what was going on, but there is no doubt in my mind that the FBI agent did what was best for themselves and others in dealing with a clear threat.
Older than I just was ,and younger than I will soo be.

Realpolitik. It gives the national security people in Washington a leg up to have visible emigration from a state Russia has perennial difficulties with. The same reason we haven't batted an eye now and in the past at taking immigrants from China, Vietnam, Iran, Iraq and many other places, sometimes in a highly targeted manner.

Something to think about, if you haven't. The intelligence apparatus of this country and other people in foreign policy don't give a damn what the public thinks of this stuff - because they don't have to. Remember you can't even do anything about their budgets if you wanted to because they aren't public.

Have you heard of the 5th Amendment?

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

It astounds me how people love the Constitution, except when they don't.

The bombings have brought to the media's attention what, 6 Chechens?

Your Congress and their minions in the State Department decide who comes in.
Also, see above about depriving liberty without due process.

Imagine if someone said, Charley old people from Indiana are a danger on our roads and a menace on our internet, thus you shall not be allowed to roam free, because hey, someone ran someone over once.

It's not only them - organizations like the CFR, agencies dealing directly with foreign policy, and corporations that want to push ventures into previously inaccessible territory overseas have a whole lot of say as well. The point is that Geezer can be as incredulous as he likes - a lot of fat cats and spooks don't really give a damn.

Your point about the 5th amendment is? Of course this guy could keep quite all he wanted. The 5th amendment doesn't give the right to threaten the life of someone. Which is why the guy was shot dead.

Uhh,.. So what you're saying is verbal threats are grounds to shoot and kill someone? The article plainly stated that he was shot and killed after he got violent with the FBI.
