You have no clue what you're talking about. It's estimated that between 1938 and 1953, Stalin had between 34 and 49 MILLION people killed in purgers and executions. That's a 15 year peroid. Now, you're gonna tell me the U.S. has caused that many deaths? You're out of your freakin' mind.
Most of that stuff happened before the war so it doesn't count. Besides, why judge the entire Soviet Union based on Stalin when the decades after him were much, much better?
What matters is how many people post-Stalin Soviet Union killed compared to the US. Also Soviet Union mostly oppressed its own people, which in my books is much less bad than bringing death and destruction to other countries.
There has never been anything peaceful about Russia, at any time or in any way. Be it under the Czar's, the Communists, or under another dictator like Putin, Ruissia, is, by nature, a rough, uncultired, barbaric entity. And you don't deal normally with rough, uncultured thugs like what live in Russia.
Last time the US was somewhat peaceful was during the isolationist policies pre WW1.
Uncultured? Rough? Barbaric? Haha, you have clearly never been in St.Petersburg. I wonder if you have ever even left the United States?
Again. Learn history and go travel, that's what I did to get a better understanding of the world than your black-white thinking.
You didn't take my advice and read a little more about the Syrian conflict. People wanted freedom from a dictatorship, started in 2011, Islamist got involved in the latest part of 2012.
I believe that claim is just propaganda with little basis in reality.
Russia got involved when the regime was about to fall, not because they love Assad but because if they loose Syria they will have no deap water port in the Med.
Putin is a dictator/Tzar, period.
Sure, but he's a dictator I like. Democracy has brought me and my country nothing but misery lately since our somewhat authoritarian president Kekkonen died, I would much prefer enlightened dictatorship over it.
Only that Trump ran for the party that disagrees with your statement, hence it doesn´t apply to him.
As far as I know democrats don't support legalization of prostitution either, so they really don't believe in freedom of two consenting adults to have sex if they so wish either.
