Concorde Back At LHR

Thu Aug 09, 2001 2:13 am

G-BOAF arrived back at LHR today at 17:48UK.

Caught everyone out (unless you were in the know) and landed on 27L while everyone else was landing on 27R.

Anyone know why LHR South runway seems to be preferred for Concorde Ops presently either when it is or is not the runway in use for take offs/landings?
