LH 727-200 Spec C/s

Mon Jun 21, 1999 12:13 pm

There is a photo posted at airliners.net/openfile?id=33532 of a LH 727-200 in an all silver scheme. What was the reason behind the special colors. I believe that Condor operated natural finish aircraft, but I didnt know LH had ever used this style.

It was a test colour scheme. A few other aircraft were placed in the same or similar bare metal fuselarge liveries, but, its wasn't decieded on. Maybe like virgin's new livery if we are lucky?
