CO has not ordered the B767-300 and I doubt CO will buy the B777-200. B777-200ER definitely, but not the B777-200 (the so-called 'A' version).
I have to agree that CO has a nice fleet going, both on economics and flexibility.
CX has a good fleet structure set-up, with the A340-600 and B777-300ER possible without affecting the operating economics too seriously. EK similar.
