I've bought a ticket to Europe on Canada 3000 to leave this Tuesday (YYZ-CDG). It's a flight operated by Royal both ways. When I was in CDG a month ago, I saw a Royal A310 there, so I'm assuming that that's the a/c for the daily flight to Paris. Here's my question: as someone who normally flies over the Atlantic with British Airways, Air France, or Virgin, I don't have a heck of a lot of experience on the Canadian charter transatlantic scene. How much less should I expect to enjoy my C3000/Royal flight than say, a BA flight? I know there are no PTVs, and the food won't be as good, but are there any redeeming qualities to look forward to?
I've flown a Royal A310 from YYZ to ACA, and it was manageable.
Just interested in some opinions here... thanks!
