Does anybody know something about this airline?
Does they still exist?
Where is their homebase?

I have heard a callsign of Antillian 2001 a few times on Monday mornings routing towards Amsterdam airport over London.

It used to be an airline from the Dominican Republic that flew charters on European routes. It was owned by the pilots that flew for the airline. The DC-8 was painted in a green Iberia like style color scheme. The company went bankrupt.

Some information about Antillana de Navegacion Aerea can be found on the AeroTransport Data Bank: http://aerotransport.free.fr/Airlines/a4846.html.
The company apparently was connected with Sun Airways from Spain; at least one of its planes had these titles on the nose and tail as can be seen on a photo at the Wings over Philadelphia Photo Page: http://members.tripod.com/kakeman/a53-13.jpg.
