Crash In Malaga (Spain)

I saw this morning in the news on a dutch channel about a crash
in Malaga (Spain) which occured yesterday. It seems that 4 people
died and 24 injured seriously. The AC (I am not sure) was an ATR-42
with 44 passengers on board and came from a northern african country
probably Morocco with destination Malaga. The AC was forced to make an
emergency landing because of an engine problem and they said that he landed on a highway!!! Maybe someone knows more about and can confirm (or correct me) with this story!

I have to ad and correct something. The AC was an CN-235 and the company was Binter Mediterraneo!
