Wed Jun 30, 1999 5:46 am

OK first I know I always make post about twa but this post is kinda important.
Do you all think twa should be trying to expand while they may have a possible strike on there hands?
2. Do you think twa should go making a new hub when jfk really need help
3. even thought they have the right to go lax-lgw and anywhere-hkg they don't do it do you think they should?
4. What all are they doing wrong ?

I think they need to get big so I guess San Juan is as good a place as any to start. Did you know they used to fly 747's to SJU from JFK? They are supposed to add several new focus cities. I'll bet on LAX, New Orleans, and Orlando. What do you think?

I think 767's will suffice. 747's have too much capacity. they aren't really needed. I agree....CDG waould be a great hub for them. they used to fly from there to LHR, Zurich, Tel Aviv, LAX, Vienna, among others

As for other focus cities, I think so (JFK-MSY-MEX for ex.), maybe by using 717's to bypass STL, maybe point to point to point to STL, much like Southwest?
