Will It Be The End Of Shuttle Flights

IF you need 2 to 3 hours to check in, are we heading back to the old days of flying i.e. fly long distance only? This is a bad news to the airlines obviously.

I don't think that because i have a feeling that tells me that security will be increased in near future, but in a year or two (when we have get the tragedy on a little distance) things will return to what it was earlier, and the safty will not be as tough as in the coming months.

Its just my thoughts, but..
