I have been at Oslo Gardermoen at least 50 times! So i have had enough time to make my own personal impression of the airport. Actualle I liked the old one, Oslo Fornebu ( been there several hundred times), a lot better.
I have been misinformed, or I am total desorientated. Just talked to the guy who is organizing this trip. We (8 men) are not staying at The Regal Hong Kong Hotel on Hong Kong Island. But in Kowloon. It is a Regal hotel though, The Regal Kowloon Hotel. Hope that will be nice too.My friend said he had read that more is going on in Kowloon and therefor he has booked us a hotel there.
I'm glad and proud(even though I'm not a M'sian citizen) that Malaysia's KLIA Int'l is up there in 4th place in the Conde Nast Traveller and 2nd place in the Skytrax poll for the "10 Best Airports in the World" for 2001. Even though I do agree with both polls, I still think Kansai Int'l should be up there in the top 10. It is after all just like Chek Lap Kok, I mean in terms of how both airports were built... but CLK has better overall design. Kansai International's structure could even withstand mild earthquakes.
