Your Next Flight?

Fri Sep 28, 2001 5:50 am

Hello everyone!!!

I'm flying next week to Eilat, the nice bottom of Israel.... when I've been last summer to Key West in Florida we were joking that its the Eilat of Florida.... although in my opinion.... Eilat is 10 times nicer!!!!

My family and I were scheduled to fly from SDV (the domestic airport in the north of Tel Aviv) by an ATR72 of Arkia.... anyway, I've changed it (after getting a premission from my dad...  Smile) so we go from TLV instead of SDV by a 757 (!!!) of Arkia.....

Anyway, whats yours???

Visit Eilat And Have Fun!!!

I want to fly this weekend out to DFW from ATL. I have already purchased my tickets for the Christmas holiday and we are flying back out to DFW. The one thing that will not change with everything that has happened is my flying habits. NO ONE WILL SCARE ME FROM FLYING AGAIN !!!!!

I fly 11/19 from school to home, i.e. CLE-PVD, return 11/25 on COEx.
Then the same trip 12/14 and return 01/13/02 from XMAS vacation.
CO's skeds aren't too convenient for me on these legs, but what can I do!?

On Monday. IAH-EWR-PIT. Unfortunatley Continental cut my normal direct flight to PIT. Now my flight is at 6:00am! I will have to get up at about 3:30am. Suck!

Michael:
Where do you live? Are you rich? Why wouldn't you fly from Ste Dov? Arkia or Israir is a lot cheaper from Sde Dov.

Anyways, have fun at TLV and take some pictures of some planes!

Also, my next flight will be TLV-MCI through EWR, YYZ, JFK/ATL, ORD, or LAX unless I am flying to London this Hannukah

LY772,

1. Israir and Arkia charge 10% more for flights from SDV (its more popular to go from SDV).
2. Its a convenience matter (flight time is much shorter, better a/c, closer to my home etc').
3. I'll have fun at Eilat rather than at TLV...
4. What do your 1st and 2nd questions suppose to mean??? Thats irrelevant..... god....

I was going to fly IAH-EWR-CDG on Continental on a 757/764, but the 764 flight got cancelled. I'm now flying direct IAH-CDG on a CO 777 on 12/20. After spending Christmas in Paris and the rest of the two weeks in Southern France, I will be flying CDG-IAH on an AF 777.

btw, El Al001...to my opinion, it's better to fly to
Eilat from Sde Dov, well first..because Ramat Aviv
is my "homeland" and then it's so close from the
airport and secundo, because B757 from
Arkia are quite loosy (seat pitch, crowded, bla bla...)...small props are more adventurous  Big grin

It should've been LHR-AKL via SIN and SYD on November 10th,but I have taken advantage of the cheap fares currently available and I'm going to AMS from LTN on easyJet on October 11th-just for a day trip!

I will be flying ABQ-SAN in October, ABQ-LAS in November, and possibly to HNL in February. Another trip is in the planning stages for March, but the destination is not known yet. As for the Airlines, it will most likely be Southwest for ABQ-SAN and ABQ-LAS, unless America West beats out SW in the fare war, in which they usually do.

BRU-EWR/EWR-FLL on Monday with Continental; 757-200s for each segment. (Will miss the very nice new 762s that CO was flying BRU-EWR, but I am grateful that CO is continuing to fly the route). Its time to get into the air and travel.
