Does CO Still Have A 5-stop Flight GUAM-HONOLULU?

Does CO still have a 5-stop flight GUAM-HONOLULU?

Not sure if it was operated by Continental
Micronesia... I do know that it used to
be operated with 727s...

It makes stopovers on those little islands
along the way. I can no longer find it
in CO's timetable, but it's still on their
route map.

Any info appreciated!!!

Still operates- now with 737-800's. Frequency has been reduced (think 3x week) and Johnston Island (sometimes a 6th stop) is no longer serviced. Schedule should be on the CO website.

I knew someone who flew this flight in 1979. He said when the 727 landed at Johnston Island, all the window shades had to be pulled down while the aircraft was on the ground! Cold war spooky!

I rode on that trip a few years back. Thought it was really neat, but not something that you would want to do every day. Too long for that. Wife said "never again"--too long for her.

Rode it e/b and would do it again (and PLAN to if it still runs) in a heartbeat.

Only reason that I hesitate to do it, is because as a non-rev, I don't want to get stuck on a little island for several days because of overbooking or weight restrictions.

CO still operates the "Island Hopper". It is now operated by a 737-800. The reason why CO used to stop at Johnston is because that 727 doesn't have the range between Majuro and Honolulu for the westbound flight.

TKK has the best airport. It is so fun. Natives with chickens greet you as yo deplane.

A friend of mine has been on that flight, and said that there is one runway that is juuuuuuusssst long enough for landing and takeoff. He thought it was a blast!
It is not enough to be rude; one must also be incorrect.
