Which commercial plane has the tallest winglet and how tall is it?

I think it is the 747-400 and the winglet is either 6 or 10 feet tall. -UAL919

The winglet on the 744 is just shy of 6 feet.

The MD-11's winglet is taller then the 747-400's, as it measures in at 189 cm.

I think the Illyushin 96-300 has the tallest winglets. I don't know how tall, maybe someone else knows?
