JetBlue is restoring Rochester's fourth (of five) flights; Syracuse's third (of three); and Buffalo's fifth (of five). We'll probably have our remaining flights by the end of the year. US Airways and American are cutting Upstate-NYC service with a machete, far more than any actual drop in demand IMO, (no doubt to push up margins) and people still need to get to NYC.
Need a new airline paint scheme? Better call Saul! (Bass that is)
