Air Canada Question

what is with the AC A320 at ORD with TANGO printed in big letters under Air Canada and a purple tail leaf???

Thats 'Tango' Air Canadas new no frills division. They are suppost to have cheaper flights. They are using Canadain Airlines old Airbus A320s.
