MMMMMM......supersonic travel. *drool* So pretty. On a serious note, I'm real glad they figured out how to make the Concorde safer. I hear they have Kevlar around the fuel tanks, stronger tires, and other safety features.

That was bitter, NWA.

Yeah, its great to see her back in the skies once again, i hope Concorde will remain the BA flagship for years to come.

OK, it's working now. First few times I clicked it I got the message saying no photo with that ID number. Sorry.

It sure is a great sight! I'll have to go to JFK in the next couple of years just to see it depart a few times before its retirement. With operating costs being so high on the Concorde and with load factors down and major airlines on the edge of bankruptcy, it's almost surprising the Concorde will come back.

How many Concorde's have been modified? I heard only a few have been done. Will the rest follow soon?

This is a great moment in the aviation industry! A light in the darkness. Boo-hoo!

This is awesome. I was worried when the Concorde crashed that the others would never enter service again. Now I have a chance to see it and fly it (very small chance, but I still hope) in my lifetime.

It would be so much better if it were a 744!  Big thumbs up

Congrads to the concorde and to us for seeing it back in the skies.
