JAL And JAS To Merge?

Sun Nov 11, 2001 11:59 pm

I just read on the Yahoo! Airlines/Aviation News! quoting an external source that Japan Airlines and Japan AIr Systems have agreed to loose terms of a merger to boost domestic traffic and create the world's sixth largest airline. Hmm....

I flew Japan Airlines once and thought it was nothing special. There were some VIP's seated near me and the flight attendants were more focused on them than anyone else. JAL Executive Class Seasons was nice enough but honestly, my flights in UA business to from Narita were better.
