We all know United's service has gotten much, much better since Goodwin's departure, and are on the way to pulling another Continental (from worst to first).
Not to make light of what happened yesterday, but do you think that with what happened to AA 587 may actually help United by way of American getting negative publicity?
Remember, United's last three crashes were 1991, 1989, 1978. That's three crashes in the last 23 years, far better than American's record (NYC, LIT, and Cai, Colombia all since 1995).
Remember, I am not making light or poking fun at the AA crash or AA in general, so no flame war please!!
We are U N I T E D; come fly the new friendly skies.
