Which Domestic (US based) carriers still use 747s, and which models and routes? I know UL and NW have them; any others?

Yes Northwest has the -400 and -200 models. They also have the -200 Freight Model. They fly the -400 from DTW to AMS the -200 from MSP to NRT and the freighter flies many cities including JFK, NRT, TPE, LAX, DTW, and ANC plus more. They also fly the -400 from JFK to NRT.
