United flies the 767s all over the place, honestly, the list is too long. As for international/overseas, United flies the 767 to Hawaii (overseas, not intl), and tons of European cities.

For starters: pretty much all the UA transcon routes between LAX/SFO - BOS/JFK are flown completely by 767s.

The Hawaii routes are 767s (or 777s) as well.

Hell, you name it. 762s are mainly flown on transcontinental routes like JFK-LAX, JFK-SFO, BOS-LAX, BOS-SFO. 763s can be found at BOS, IAD, MIA, MCO, ORD, BWI, LAS, SEA, SFO, LAX, DEN. We have even flown them into IND, CLE, OMA, and DTW from time to time.

United flies the Boeing 767-200 on transcontinental routes (JFK-LAX/SFO for example) and has 18 of the -200's in service, many of which are -ER's and can operate transatlantic services but do not. Before 9/11, United had 19 of these.

United flies its 767-300's between hubs (SFO-DEN, DEN-ORD, for example) and to several European destinations and to Hawaii and to select Latin America destinations.

If you're asking for individual routes, that's too much to list.
